Shipping Information

We currently offer free ground shipping on all domestic orders.

A flat rate shipping fee of $25 for all international orders.

Exceptions to shipping rates are noted in item description.

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday within 2-3 business days after placing your order.

Returns and Exchanges 

We do not offer refunds at this time.

We will happily accept exchanges of full-priced merchandise within 14 days of delivery for item exchange or store credit only.

Customer is responsible for all shipping expenses.

Exclusive/Pre-Order item exchanges are subject to size availability.

Sale items are final sale.

Customs Policy

All international packages are shipped via usps INternational shipping. Delivery dates for international shipments may depend on the pace with which they are processed through customs. EIGHTWAY is unable to provide guaranteed delivery dates for these packages.

Pre-orders

pre-order allows us to take a more sustainable approach to producing fashion products. it is a sustainable way to avoid wasting products and materials by releasing limited runs of products in drops, acting against fast fashion as well as helping you secure the staple before it's sold out. Pre-order means you have ordered before the product is ready to be dispatched.

Pre-order items require payment in full to reserve your item. once ordered you will receive an email the week prior to dispatch and Items will be shipped out to you upon production delivery.
